SNŌ was founded in Niseko with a clear purpose: to produce event-led winter experiences that resonate with the destination’s international visitor base.

As Niseko developed into one of the world’s leading winter resorts, the profile of its winter audience evolved alongside it. Visitors arriving from Europe, North America, and Asia brought with them expectations shaped by global resort destinations, where nightlife and social experiences are an essential part of the seasonal offering.

Drawing on experience in hospitality and event production across Tokyo and international markets, our team recognized the opportunity to contribute to this shift. Rather than replicating concepts from elsewhere, SNŌ was created to interpret global event standards through Niseko’s unique landscape, pace, and winter culture.
